NESCO – Odisha North Electricity Bill Payment Online

Paying electricity bills online is the easiest way to avoid standing in queues for electricity bill payment. Most states in India now have online bill payment and Odisha is not behind. The recent initiative by NESCO has made sure that there are multiple ways of making an online payment for NESCO. People can now make payments using debit cards of 43 major scheduled and nationalized banks. Based on convenience and ease of use people can choose one of the multiple methods that are available for making the payment:

  1. NESCO Portal (http://odishadiscoms.com/applications/onlinepay/consumerlogin.aspx) : NESCO’s online portal is the most commonly used portal by most of their customers. It provides the most convenient way of making online payment of electricity bills. It accepts all forms of payments and in fact, the portal also provides billing/consumption history, soft copies of electricity bills etc. One just has to fill in the SDO Code/Binder and Acct No on the screen to make the payment.

Modes of Payments accepted: Netbanking, Debit Cards.

2. Netbanking portals: Most nationalized banks like SBI, Canara Bank etc now provide online bill payment facility for NESCO. You just need to sign up for bill payment facility with your bank and add your NESCO account on it and you can start making the payments.

Mode of Payment: Only Netbanking.
